Connie McMillian Downing, of Greenville, Kentucky, formerly of Malden, was born on July 16, 1938  in Bernie, Missouri to the late Woody McMillian & Nora Walker McMillian.  

She departed this life on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Maple Manor Health Care Center  in Greenville, Kentucky at the age of 79 years 3 months and 23 days.

Connie McMillian Downing had worked at Dillard's in Memphis, retiring at age 65. She was of the Presbyterian faith.

Her survivors include two daughters Jana Downing Collins of Kentucky and Jamie Downing of Kentucky, five grandchildren, three brothers Don and Mary McMillian of Springfield, Bob and Debra McMillian of Midlothian, Texas, and Steve and Edith McMillian of Red Oak, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother: Ron McMillian

     

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Landess Funeral Home Chapel in Malden from 11 A.M-1 P.M. with services starting at 1:00 P.M.

Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, Missouri.
