
Bonnie Jo Jones, daughter of the late Marion Orr Sr. and Mabel Kincer Riggs, was born on August 28, 1952 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and departed this life on January 20, 2020 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis Missouri at the age of 67 years.
Mrs. Jones was a former assembler for Arvin Automotive, retiring after 25 years of service and she is a cashier for Town & Country. She was a member of the Bernie Church of Christ and a resident of Dexter, Missouri.
On September 20, 1980, in Dexter, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Steve Jones. Mr. Jones survives of their home in Dexter.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Beckie King and husband James of Sidney, Arkansas and Jessica Young and husband Josh of Dexter, Missouri.; by her brother, Junior Orr and wife Patty of Grayridge, Missouri; by four grandchildren, Shelbie King and fiancé Jordan Fryman, Alan King, Bronwen Young and Ryan Young; and by her beloved dog, Doug.
Friends may call on at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Friday, January 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Stan Dauck officiating. Interment will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery.
