Daniel Rudolph "Dink" Schuchart Sr.," passed away on December 7, 2024, at the age of 83 at Prairie View Skilled Nursing in Bloomfield, Mo surrounded by loved ones. Born on May 25, 1941, he was the beloved son of the late Sylvester and Ella Schuchart (Heuiser). A resident of Bloomfield, Daniel was a dedicated member of the Republican Party, Knights of Columbus, Elks Lodge, The Associated Milk Producers, Inc. and a devout parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Daniel graduated from St. Henry's High School in Charleston, Missouri, in 1959. Following his education, he served in the National Guard and was honorably discharged before transferring to the Army Reserves. During this time, he worked diligently on his family's farm in Salcedo, Missouri, often alongside his lifelong friend and cousin, Tom Howard.

On December 29,1978 Daniel married Deborah Lynne Hill at Saint Francis Xavier in Sikeston, Mo, with whom he shared a loving partnership. Together, they managed Dan Schuchart Dairy and raised four children. Daniel was known for his bravery, humor, and steadfast nature. He instilled values of respect, honesty, hard work, and care in his family, leaving a lasting legacy.

Daniel is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah, and their four children: Daniel R. Schuchart Jr. (Jamie), Diana Wamble (Mike), Kristin Jarrell (Juston), and Matthew Schuchart. He was a cherished grandfather to Wes Schuchart, Emma Wamble, Jaelyn Jarrell, Rhett Wamble, Macie Jarrell, Kinley Schuchart, Lyla Schuchart, and Brayden Cooper.

Daniel's life was a testament to hard work and family devotion. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him, and his influence will continue to guide his family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 11 at 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by the rosary at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston MO, a Funeral Service Mass will immediately follow the visitation at 12:00 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sikeston, MO. Burial will be at Sikeston Garden of Memories Cemetery. 

Jauhn Miller, also known as Bubba and Slim to many, was welcomed by his parents, the late James Ivan Miller and Kathy Christian of Bernie, Missouri, on March 2, 1974, in Sturgis, Michigan and had fifty years on this earth before his heavenly Father called him home on December 5, 2024.

Jauhn worked at Walmart for sixteen years before he became disabled. He was an avid gun collector and outdoorsmen, including hunting, fishing, camping and hiking. He loved having the wind rush over his bald head while riding on his motorcycle, which he said was a peaceful time. He was a MOPAR/Dodge man through and through and back in his day loved building and racing his cars. His ultimate love was the love for his family and friends. Especially his spoiled dog Dixie. He was so loved and will be greatly missed by his parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Other than his mother and stepfather, Kathy and Vernon Christian, he is survived by his five siblings, Shannon Cobb and husband Billy of Bernie, Missouri (whom he lived with), Allen Christian and wife Anna of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Adam Christian and wife Nicole of Princeton, Missouri, Betty Jo Franks of Michigan and Amy Potts-Summey and husband John of Michigan.

He was so excited when Xavier and Athena gave him the official title of Uncle Bubba even though he carries that title for many other nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. In his final days on this earth, one of his biggest joys and reasons to fight was to see his sweet great-niece, Oakleigh Baker.

A memorial service will be held Friday December 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. at the Vision of Hope Church in Essex, Missouri with Jeff Clark and Norman Cole officiating.

Darrell Green, son of the late Bobby Green and Betty Hull Brown, was born in Bloomfield, Missouri on March 20, 1966, and departed this life at Prairie View Skilled Nursing in Bloomfield, Missouri on December 6, 2024, at the age of 58.

Mr. Green was a truck driver for 27 years. Along with spending time with his grandkids, he enjoyed going or drives, telling jokes and playing pranks and watching Walker Texas Ranger. He attended the Assembly of God in Bloomfield and was a resident of Essex, Missouri.

He is survived by one son Alex Green (Shanna) of Dexter, Missouri; one daughter, Ashley Comfort (Josh) of Dexter, Missouri; one brother Bobby Green, Jr. of Kilgore, Texas; three sisters, Nancy Barnfield of Jackson, Missouri, Susan Lortie of Lake Wappapello, Missouri and Donna Dunbar of Bloomfield, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Jase Ray, Wyatt Comfort, Clair Comfort, Raleigh Green, Oliver Green, Lennox Green and Kayson Green.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his stepfather, Edgar Brown.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Tuesday December 10, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday December 10, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Dwight Hensley officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri.

Willard F. Adams, son of the late Charles Henry and Elzia Hopper Adams, was born May 22, 1930, in Caruthersville, Missouri and departed this life on December 7, 2024, at his residence in Dexter at the age of 94.

Willard was the youngest of eight children. He served proudly in the United States Navy and was a deacon for 70 years. He was in office management for Brown Shoe Company for 40 years and spent 12 years working for Bootheel Regional Planning. He was the Mayor of Bernie for many years and silently helped many people during his life through his connections and knowledge. The loves of his life were being a child of God, his family, serving his country and the American Flag.

On February 24, 1954, he united in marriage to Myrtle B. Jones in Caruthersville, Missouri. They were married for 59 years before she preceded him in death on May 24, 2016.

Two children were blessed to call him Dad; Blaine Adams of New Franklin, Missouri and Lynn (Marty) Averett of Dexter, Missouri; proud grandfather of four grandchildren, Jordan (Candi) Averett, Colton Averett of Dexter, Missouri, Andrew Adams of Fayette, Missouri and Rachel Adams of Millersburg, Missouri; his greatest joys, his great-grandchildren, Francesca (Frankie), Ellesandra (Ellie) and Griffin Averett all of Dexter, Missouri; several special nieces.

Other than his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, four sisters and his granddaughter, Chelsa Averett.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Tuesday December 10, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel on Wednesday December 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. with Jonathon Rice officiating. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
