DHS 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Candidate Featuring Julianna Hervoyavich

Dexter High School 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Coronation was held on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Bearcat Event Center.  The Dexter boys basketball team took on the Advance Hornets and captured the win.

Julianna Hervoyavich was nominated by the boys wrestling team and is a freshman at Dexter High School.

She is the daughter Ashley Ladd and Jason Hervoyavich.

Julianna is involved in Project Lead the Way and is a member of the softball team.  She is also a member of the U of T Hellcats Competitive Cheer Team.

After graduation she plans to attend a university that has a competitive cheer team and pursue a career in the medical field.

She is escorted by Dayton Fornkohl.  Dayton is a freshman at Dexter High School and the son of Jason and Natasha Fornkohl.

He is a member of Future Farmers of America and the football team as well as the wrestling team.

When asked to describe Julianna in three words, Dayton said she is, "Jason's Little sister!"

DHS 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Candidate Featuring Fatima Gonzalez

Dexter High School 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Coronation was held on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Bearcat Event Center.  The Dexter boys basketball team took on the Advance Hornets and captured the win.

Fatima Gonzalez was nominated by the girls wrestling team and is a freshman at Dexter High School.

She is the daughter of Jorge and Melina Gonzalez.

Fatima is a member of the girls wrestling team, Scholar Bow, FCCLA, Future Business Leaders of America, Student Council, HOSA, Pep Club.

In the future, Fatima plans to attend college and pursue a career in the medical field.  

She is escorted tonight by Gabriel Borden.  He is a senior at Dexter High School and the son of Jennifer Borden.  He is a member of the varsity wrestling team.

When asked to describe Fatima in a few words, he said she is a loyal friend, she is proud of her heritage and is fun to be around.

DHS 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Candidate Featuring Cali Comfort

Cali Comfort was nominated by the boys wrestling team and is a junior at Dexter High School.  She is the daughter of Jason and Cristi Comfort.

She is a member of FCCLA, Sr. Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Student Council, and the varsity volleyball team.

Her future plans are to attend Missouri State University and major in occupational therapy.

She is escorted by Kayden Hart.  He is a sophomore at Dexter High School and is the son of Kim and Brenda Hart.

He is a member of the wrestling team and football team.

When asked to describe Cali, he said she is beautiful, sassy, and funny.

DHS 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Candidate Featuring Averee Ackman

Dexter High School 2025 Winter Homecoming Queen Coronation was held on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Bearcat Event Center.  The Dexter boys basketball team took on the Advance Hornets and captured the win.

Averee Ackman was nominated by the boys basketball team and is a senior at Dexter High School.

She is the daughter of Jonathan and Amanda Guite and Trey and Leslie Ackman.

Averee is a member of the varsity football cheer, varsity basketball cheer, National Beta Club, Pep Club, HOSA, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and FCCLA.  She is also in the Top 10% of her class and is involved in her church youth group.

Her future plans are to attend the University of Mississippi to earn a bachelor degree in Biology.  She then plans to earn a graduate degree and pursue a career in dentistry.

Averee is escorted by John Sepulvado.  He is a junior at Dexter High School and is the son of Chip and Jamie Sepulvado.

He is a Sr. Beta Club and a member of the boys basketball team.

John described Averee as a very outgoing, very funny and admirable.
